These are the three positions that I found of interest. I will not be applying for these, but I have highlighted the skills I have in each position.
#1 Information Technology Trainer

Responsible for delivering both lecture and hands-on training for financial software applications in face to face and distance formats. Develop proficiency with financial computing software products on various platforms. Create, maintain and update training materials for e-learning and face to face. Develop positive relationships with staff. Requires an Associates degree (Bachelor's degree highly sought) or higher. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Experience communicating specialized information to non-specialized audiences required. Experience training on financial computers and with Penn's states administrative systems including data warehouse and the mainframe business information system desirable.
#2 Instructional Designer

Job Description
*BS in Instructional Design, Education, Computer Science or related field.
*Minimum 2 years experience in education/training and Instructional Design with an emphasis on the
development of e-learning programs; health care focus desired.
*Knowledge of adult learning principles, particularly as it relates to distance learners.
*Demonstrated competence with instructional design and course ware development methods.
*Proven expertise in MS Office, Photo shop, Flash, Captivate or comparable simulation software. Experience in administering a Learning Management System.
#3 Instructional Technology Specialist

Job Description
*Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Instructional Technology/Design, Information Systems or other related fields.
* Master's degree is preferred.
*One to three years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified in an academic environment.
*Provides user support for hardware and software to meet needs related to instruction and collaborates in the planning of technology rich labs and classrooms.
